Our Shipping Policy
Before you order your very own custom made cable, please note of the current turnaround times posted on the top of the home page of our website. Turnaround times will only be in effect for custom orders, if you order a ready to ship cable, then the cable should be shipped out within the dates posted in the description.

Our Return/Cancellation Policy
Since all of our cables are handmade per order, we can not take returns. However, if your cables seems to be malfunctioning or was received in a "damaged" state then please see our replacement policy stated below. As of cancellations, we can not cancel a order that has began the manufacturing process.

Replacement /Warranty Policy
SwirlCables has a one month warranty. Therefore, meaning if you order a custom cable and it arrives on Jan 1st, you have warranty for that order upwards until Feb 1st. If you receive your cable(s) and it doesn't work properly within its warranty period, then please contact us immediately and we can go ahead and get your cable(s) fixed or replaced.
