Every single order we recieve is hand made in the United States, using a 4 core 28awg usb wire, that is then sleeved with two layers, 550 paracord and techflex. The paracord acts as a base color underneath the techflex. The techflex is then sleeved on top of the paracord, making the base color contrast with the techflex color, making that "cross hatch" look on the cable.

Where are these cables made?
Every single order is taken and made in house within the United States of America. It is then shipped directly to our clients, either withing the country or international aswell.
What are aviators?
Aviators are a detachable connector that allows you to simply unscrew the coil from the host and also allows you to swap the connectors to any keyboard that you feel to use.
What coating is used on your aviators?
We use cerakote, and sometimes powdercoat. Cerakote is very clean looking ceramic coating. Cerakote is very strong and great looking at the same time. Cerakote gives off a very nice looking matte finish and won't dissapoint.
What do you do other than customs?
Us at "swirlcables" offer custom make coiled cables for others by taking in orders from our website and hand making them per order. We also offer group buys, which last roughly a month. After the group buy ends, we start production, then ship out orders to the clients.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept the following credit cards: MasterCard, Visa, American Express and Discover. We also accept payment by PayPal or Shop Pay. If you decide to use either of these two methods, you’ll be taken to either the PayPal or Shop Pay website, where you’ll be prompted to log in and process your payment. You’ll then be directed back to our merchant website once your transaction is complete.
Where is my refund?
We aim to process refunds within three days of an item being returned to us. Please note, however, that your bank may take several days to process the payment back into your account. With that said, please allow up to five working days after posting the item back to us before getting in touch about your refund. We’ll contact you by email to let you know when your refund has been processed.
Ordering and delivery
Can I place an order without creating an account?
Yes. You can place an order as a guest with no obligation to create an account. We do recommend that you create an account, however, if you’d like to check your order history and have your shopping basket items and payment details saved for next time. It’s quick and easy to create an account.
Where is my order confirmation?
This is automatically sent to your email address when you place an order. If you haven’t received your order confirmation within 24 hours, please get in touch with us just in case there’s a problem with your order. Please check your mailbox’s spam or junk folder before contacting in case the order confirmation has been diverted there.
Can I alter my order?
Yes! If the cable has not just been cut up into lengths, then you are more than welcome to change options around, just simply contact us and we can change it right for you!
When will my order arrive?
Orders that require shipping within the U.S. will be delivered within three to ten days, depending on your preferred shipping method. Shipping to countries outside of the U.S. may take up to 14 days. Please get in touch if your order hasn’t been delivered according to the expected timescales, and we will check your order status. Also, please allow us to manufacture your order. All orders are hand made and are also made to order and take a turn around time before being shipped out to you.

Shipping costs are totally free within the continental of the United States of America. Anywhere outside of the United States cost upwards from $12 - $15 dollars for USPS International Shipping.

Can I return or exchange an item?
You can absolutely return your item to us, within 30 days after receiving it, as long as it’s undamaged, unused and contained.
How do I return an item?
Please contact our customer service team via firstname.lastname@example.org. Providing the return is within the 30-day cancellation period and meets our return criteria, we will issue you with a return label by email. You need to print this off and attach it to the packaging of the product when returning it to us. Please allow us roughly five days to process your return, thank you.
How long does it take to return an item?
This depends on the carrier or shipping method. Shipping for the return is roughly five days. Once we receive your return, we aim to process refunds within five days after receiving the item, but it can take several days for your bank or credit card provider to process the refund into your account, or onto your card.
